We wanted to write to say thank you so much for an amazing home building experience. This is the second home we have built in the last 7 years and the experience we had with your company was second to none!!
Right from the first contact with Tim Hayes, who was welcoming and friendly, we knew we had chosen the right company. He was always readily available to us any time we needed him — even on his days off we could always reach him on his cell phone. If he didn't immediately know an answer to our questions, he would find the answer and get back to us immediately. We never had to wait or to call back ourselves, he always returned every call!! That is amazing customer service that you rarely ever see!!!
The people who represent your company are a great group of people, and the experience we had has truly been a joy!!! We honestly do not have one complaint!!! We thank you so much, and you will always have our business in the future!!!!

To all parties involved:
From the first time we stepped into your display and through every step of the building process, it was very apparent that your company was concerned with the quality of its product. We found that many of your standard options were significant upgrades when compared to other builders. There were times when errors were discovered and quickly rectified, even without us having to say anything.
Your sales agent was able to assist us with making so many of the difficult decisions involved with new constructions. He also was quick to respond whenever we contacted him with a question and kept us updated every step of the way. We especially appreciated the champagne toast upon ground breaking and also the housewarming gifts, including the photo journal of our home through the construction process.
We are excited every time we enter the subdivision and see our beautiful new home sitting there on the hill. There is no doubt in our minds that we have made a solid investment that has already begun to appreciate in value. We would not hesitate to have RK Building Company build us another home in the future, and have already begun recommending RK to our family and friends. We cannot thank all parties involved enough for your hard work, attention to details, quality, and customer friendliness.
